Lose my charakters game don´t fund my email adress

Hi,

I lost my accounts. I can't remember my exact username. So i tried to get new Password and stuff. But the Website didn`t know my email adress. Can anyone help me?


I write to support until now no answer.

    Your mail was not received.

    I can see your email used for your profile, I could suspect the domain might be blocked by mail servers.

    Maybe use another mail.


    Also, try mailing customerservice@portalusgames.com instead.

    The mail used for your game account.

    Game account name

    Character name
