Migrated Accounts.



"A SOE/FLS game account that was not migrated to Portalus Games during the migration period in 2013
cannot be recovered or restored. Portalus Games has no relationship or connection of any kind
with SOE and cannot access any data SOE may have regarding an account they may have held"


Update: December 2016 - Experiment: It may be possible to recover Character name, level and/or to some degree inventory/ships.
(NOT POSSIBLE to recover: mission history, reputation, skill spec, account upgrades etc).
It would be very time consuming and comes with a cost of variating nature.
Contact Customer Services for information and dialog.

If your account was migrated within the timeframe, back in 2013, but you still experience issues, contact Customer Services.
