Customer Support?

I’ve recently purchased and activated a nation change token in-game. However, when I’ve gone to email support@portalusgames.com, I am informed by my email provider they won’t receive my messages because I’ve been listed as “spam.” Is there any other way to contact customer support for this game?

  • I’ve tried both suggestions and am now getting “failure to deliver” notices. Upon further inspection it appears the entire Portalus website is down.

  • So it seems. Glad I’m not the only one to see it. I’ve been getting mixed messages in-game. Is there anywhere to get updates on the situation, or is this just a “wait and see” thing?

    Portalusgames.com is back up.

    I tested mailing while the site was down - that worked.
    (1. Was confirmed. 2.Used microsoft provided mail as I believe you did/do)


    So if your ms mail is somehow marked as spam then use another mail.

    I am not aware of any document you would need to send.

    (Something might have gone wrong in translation so you do not actually mean "command" and "document"?)

    You can.
    Should not be needed - as long as you give customerservice the correct character / toon name and tell them it is regarding the level 50 advance token you wish to use.
