-If you created your forum account prior to October 2013 and did not login to that account on the Vanilla hosted forum between June 2015 - July 2018 then all password reset attempts will fail. You can login with "BurningSea.com"(game-account) or you can create a new account to fully access the forum.

How do I file a Support Ticket?

To write a support ticket you will need to open up your email inbox. This could be;

Google Mail
Hotmail
Yahoo Mail

You will then need to type in the "To" box which would be this email - customerservice@portalusgames.com and then from there you will need to write what assistance you may need from Customer Support.

If there is a bug that can be duplicated, provide the steps to duplicate the bug/exploit, not reporting an exploit and abusing exploits will be a violation on the account/s.

Anything else like mission bugs, missing items and such explain in as much detail as you can so then Customer Support can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
