Purchased Burning Sea Notes haven’t arrived

I purchased Burning Sea Notes yesterday for Roberts, the server I'm playing on and the Notes are so far still to appear on my character. No Points show in the Points Store, no Notes in my Inventory. I tried to contact support team via email earlier today, but hasn’t got the answer. So how can I recieve purchased Notes? Looking for an answer or any help here.

    Be aware that notes are delivered on the first character that is logged in on the account they are purchased to.

  • You might also doublecheck on that account on antigua, just to make sure you didnt accidentally purchase them for the wrong server.(And, like Kaspar said, check all characters you might have logged in since then).
