    If you're who i think you are, be patient matey, whilst servers are down it makes no difference, and if they need to log in to your account to apply it and cant log in themselves.... well..... see the point there. rest assured they will get on to it as soon as possible.

    It can vary on what issues are current prior. Obviously server outages are more important than support tickets but tickets get answered at a slower pace. But the request will be done!
